In just one week – after all the food, shopping, visiting, family and travel – comes the kickoff to the holiday giving season.. #GivingTuesday! This is a global movement for the day after Cyber Monday (in the U.S.) when we can think about how we can give to others and help the causes we believe in. It’s not just about giving a donation, it’s about sharing stories, spending time and getting involved in whatever way you can.
This year, on Giving Tuesday (27 November), we will launch our Twelve Days of Turtles! Each day for twelve days starting next Tuesday, we will give suggestions about how to get involved with our projects with turtles and how you might participate from afar! We have some surprises in store as well, with giveaways and contests for everyone! Be sure to like and follow our page here on Facebook and at our website to catch all our updates!
