Our turtles have names as well as their identifying flipper tags and as we are getting past the first third of our season, we are seeing new turtles who need names!
With a $100 tax-deductible donation to The Ocean Foundation – a 501(c)(3) organization, you can name one of our turtles after yourself or anyone you choose!
In addition to naming your turtle, you’ll receive:
- a tax receipt from The Ocean Foundation (oceanfdn.org)
- a project tshirt and sticker
- a notification by email of when your turtle has nested
- and at the end of the season (15 Oct), a report on your turtle about how many nests she laid, how many hatchlings she produced and her previous nesting history at Sandy Point.
