We love our students! All donations we receive ultimately support students in one way or another! Here on the St. Croix Leatherback Project, we rely on students who are working toward a degree in marine conservation, to help us with all aspects of the project. They work on sea turtle surveys, data entry and checking, and data analysis. As well, many of them work on independent research as part of their studies. To help them present their science at major international conferences, we support their participation by helping to cover costs. Last year in Charleston, SC, we had a great showing of research (6 posters!) done by students on Sandy Point leatherbacks. We were able to do this with your support! Please consider helping us send students again this year! Donate here!

The St. Croix Leatherback Project is supported by the Sea Turtle Census Initiative, which is sponsored by The Ocean Foundation, which is a 501(c)(3) organization, based in Washington, D.C., but working globally to protect our oceans.
