We are well on our way to meeting our goal of $500 toward leatherback conservation for 2020! Donations go directly to helping our volunteer team in St. Croix with expenses, and the team really appreciates the support! During one season, we have about 30 volunteers who come to help with turtle conservation, monitoring and management. We are able to provide groceries, lodging and travel thanks in part to your generosity!
If you’d like to join us, please consider a donation! You will get an instant tax donation receipt and a thanks from us!
With some of our budget, last year we were able to support six of our volunteer research assistants as they attended the International Sea Turtle Symposium, where they presented their research on Sandy Point leatherbacks! A great learning and networking experience!

The St. Croix Leatherback Project is supported by the Sea Turtle Census Initiative, which is sponsored by The Ocean Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization, based in Washington, D.C., working globally to protect our oceans.
