Once we give Thanks with loved ones, then survive Black Friday, shop local on Small Business Saturday, or opt for Cyber Monday, the next day is the best! It’s Giving Tuesday – a global day to participate in giving – of your time, your gratitude, your funds, or your voice to something you care about. Everyone can participate in their own way!
We will be celebrating Giving Tuesday as well here at the St. Croix Leatherback Project on 3 December, which will also be Day Three of our annual Twelve Days of Turtles! Our goal this year is to raise $1,500 over the course of our year-end fundraiser to support the work we do in studying and protecting sea turtles on St. Croix.
